  3.  SHOWDIB reads, writes, and prints bitmap (BMP) and device-
  4.  independent bitmap (DIB) files using run length encoding 
  5.  (RLE). SHOWDIB is another version of the DIBVIEW sample 
  6.  application and duplicates most of DIBVIEW's functionality. 
  7.  In addition, SHOWDIB shows you how to convert an OS/2(R) 
  8.  bitmap to a Microsoft(R) Windows(TM) DIB.
